Complaints
The aim is to provide a good service at all times. However, if you have a complaint please raise it as soon as practicable. You are encouraged to speak to or email Sam with an aim to resolve it informally.
If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you shall need to set out what the complaint is in writing so that it can be reviewed.
Complaints are reviewed by Amanda Marquarite Robinson, who is a barrister and head of chambers at Great Russell Street Chambers (which is a chambers that we provide our clerking service to). She shall assess any complaint objectively and provide guidance on options for both parties.
Complaints about barristers and mediators should be directed to the barrister or mediator.
