Peter is a barrister with extensive experience in many fields, especially employment and anti-discrimination/harassment both on solicitors’ instructions and Direct Access, including conducting litigation. Peter also has real-life commercial and public campaigning experience. He communicates effectively, particularly in court and tribunal settings.
Peter was called to the Bar in 1996, and after completing pupillage, he made an impact in the case of Reed v. Stedman. Not only did this significantly progress the law on sexual harassment, the EAT President said my submissions were, "put with great ability". As well as advocacy, he am regularly instructed to draft contracts, pleadings, and other documents.
